After purchasing your plan, open your eSIM in Wayro and select **Install eSIM**. Follow the installation instructions for your device. Depending on your device and plan, installation may be available directly, by QR code, or manually. CTA: View installation guide
Once you arrive at your destination: 1. Turn on your Wayro eSIM. 2. Select it for mobile data. 3. Enable Data Roaming on your Wayro eSIM if required. 4. Make sure your primary SIM isn't being used for mobile data if you want to avoid roaming charges. 5. Wait a few moments for your device to connect to a supported network. Your Wayro connection should then be ready to use.
If your device is connected to a mobile network but you don't have internet access: 1. Make sure your Wayro eSIM is selected for mobile data. 2. Check that Data Roaming is enabled if required. 3. Check the APN settings provided with your plan, if applicable. 4. Turn Airplane Mode on for a few seconds and off again. 5. Restart your device. If you still can't connect, contact Wayro Support with your eSIM details and screenshots of your mobile network settings.
