These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Wayro’s website, mobile application, eSIM data plans, and related services.

Wayro is operated by VEIRO LLC, registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan, TIN 1507585251, with its registered address at 127 Yusif Vazir Chamanzaminli Street, Apartment 8, Narimanov District, Baku, Azerbaijan (“Wayro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using Wayro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Wayro Services

Wayro provides digital eSIM services that allow users to access mobile data in supported destinations. Available plans, data allowances, validity periods, supported networks, and other plan conditions are displayed before purchase.

Wayro provides connectivity through third-party telecommunications operators and connectivity providers. Network availability, coverage, speed, technology, and service quality may vary depending on your destination, location, device, network conditions, and the relevant operator. Wayro cannot guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free connectivity.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate and current information when creating and using your Wayro account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify Wayro Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or use Wayro with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

3. Device Compatibility

Before purchasing a plan, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM technology and is not carrier or network locked.

Wayro may provide compatibility information and installation guidance, but device functionality can vary by manufacturer, model, country of purchase, operating system, and mobile operator.

4. Purchases and Payments

Prices, currencies, taxes where applicable, data allowances, validity periods, and other relevant plan details are displayed before you complete your purchase.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Wayro and its payment providers to process the applicable payment.

Once an eSIM has been delivered, activated, installed, or used, refund eligibility may be limited as described in our Refund Policy and subject to applicable law.

5. eSIM Installation and Activation

You are responsible for following the installation and activation instructions provided by Wayro.

Activation conditions vary between plans. Some plans may activate upon installation, while others may activate when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination. Where applicable, the relevant conditions will be displayed with the plan.

You should not delete an installed eSIM unless instructed to do so by Wayro Support. An eSIM that has been deleted may not always be recoverable or reinstallable.

6. Plan Validity and Data Usage

Each plan is subject to the data allowance, validity period, destination coverage, and other conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Unused data generally expires when the plan’s validity period ends unless the applicable plan expressly provides otherwise.

Data consumption is determined using information supplied by the relevant network or connectivity provider and may differ from estimates displayed by your device.

7. Wayro Rewards and Credits

Wayro may offer Wayro Credits, cashback, referral rewards, promotional credits, discounts, and other benefits under the Wayro Rewards program.

Unless otherwise stated, 1 Wayro Credit is equivalent to USD 1 for redemption purposes. Wayro Credits are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and may only be used toward eligible purchases on Wayro.

Up to 50% of an eligible purchase may be paid using Wayro Credits unless otherwise specified. Credits generally expire 12 months after they are earned or issued, and Credits with the earliest expiration date are used first.

Specific promotions, referral programs, cashback offers, or other rewards may have additional eligibility requirements, validity periods, or conditions displayed with the relevant offer.

If a purchase is cancelled, refunded, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent or abusive, Wayro may cancel or reverse any Credits, cashback, or rewards associated with that transaction. Wayro may also correct Credits granted as a result of technical or administrative errors.

8. Acceptable Use

Wayro services must only be used for lawful purposes.

You must not use Wayro to commit fraud, interfere with networks or services, circumvent technical restrictions, resell services without authorization, abuse promotional or referral programs, or engage in activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Wayro may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms.

9. Refunds

Purchases are subject to the Wayro Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Third-Party Networks and Services

Wayro relies on third-party mobile operators, connectivity providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, and other service providers to deliver certain parts of its services.

Wayro is not responsible for interruptions, limitations, or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including mobile network outages, local coverage limitations, telecommunications restrictions, device limitations, or failures of third-party systems.

11. Intellectual Property

The Wayro name, brand, website, application, software, designs, graphics, content, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to Wayro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit Wayro services or content except where expressly permitted by Wayro or applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wayro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to the Services and Terms

Wayro may modify its services, plans, features, or these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, technical, commercial, or legal changes.

Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Your continued use of Wayro after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
